In the many services we provide, we offer a free detailed damp report when the estimate for the remedial repairs from ourselves is accepted. The survey and detailed damp report is then undertaken and carried out within the property, then the cost of the report is deducted from the overall cost of the remedial repairs that the building requires, providing the estimation is accepted.
